Service Provider

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Valentin Automation Studio ("we," "us," "our") and the businesses that engage us for our services. Valentin Automation Studio provides professional websites and customer response systems for local service businesses.

The Service

The service we provide includes a professional business website, website hosting, mobile optimization, a service request system, appointment booking setup, automated customer confirmations, missed-call text-back setup, internal request and booking notifications, CRM/contact organization, ongoing maintenance, and system support.

The standard service is offered at $297 per month with $0 initial setup for the standard system. Final features and configuration depend on the needs of each business. Messaging, phone, domain, or other third-party usage costs may apply where applicable.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee a specific number of customers, leads, appointments, revenue, or search rankings. Our service provides a professional website and response infrastructure designed to make it easier for customers to take action and for the business to respond. Business results depend on many factors outside our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, branding materials, service details, contact information, service areas, and availability needed to build and maintain the system. Clients are also responsible for any third-party costs, such as messaging, phone, or domain usage, where applicable.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party platforms and providers for hosting, scheduling, messaging, phone, form management, and related functions. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of third-party providers, and their terms may apply to the use of those services.

Fees and Billing

The standard monthly fee is $297, billed according to the terms set out in the applicable service agreement. There is currently no initial setup fee for the standard system. Additional third-party usage costs may apply where applicable.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are provided in the service agreement before enrollment. Please review the service agreement for the specific terms that apply to your engagement.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of the systems, tools, and infrastructure we build and operate. The client retains ownership of their business branding, content, and information provided to us. Specific intellectual property terms are addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valentin Automation Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the terms set out in the applicable service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
